Do I have to go to a test center to take any of the tests?

No, the format is digital. The test can be taken from any place. An excellent internet connexion is required.

Does the FHH Certification alone includes a training?

No, no training is included. It is a self-studying format.
Tools are given to the participants upon registration (access to the practice test, reading list, apps)

What languages are the videos series available in?

The videos are in French and can be voiced over in English and German.
The videos are subtitled in: Arabic, Mandarin, Cantonese, English, French, Italian, Japanese, Korean and Spanish

How long after the test are the results available?

The results of the test are published 5 days after it took place.
You will receive a PDF version by email between 15 and 20 days after, it is indicated in this email that a paper version can also be sent upon request.
